Return and refund policy
📌 1. Return Window
• Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
📦 2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, the watch must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Free from scratches or signs of wear
• With all original packaging, tags, manuals, and warranty cards
🧾 3. Original Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
💰 4. Refund Method
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
🔄 5. Exchanges
• You can exchange for another watch of equal or greater value.
• If the new item is higher in price, you’ll pay the price difference.
🛠 6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
• Replace the item at no extra cost, or
• Issue a full refund
(Photos may be requested for verification.)
🚫 7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Items worn or altered
• Watches missing original tags or packaging
• Items without a proof of purchase
